Consent to Collect, Use, and Disclose Personal Data (PDPA Consent)

I acknowledge and consent to LandHousing co.,Ltd collecting, using, and disclosing my personal data for the purposes stated below.

1. My personal data will only be used for screening process, contacting, applying for services, providing services (telephone, internet, gas, property-related), sending news and promotional offers. The data will be provided to the property management company and guarantor company.
2. In the case of providing information related to a third party (emergency contact information), the discloser must have received consent from the data owner.
3. Allow Landhousing to contact and notify about news and information.
4. When the transaction is completed, the Landhousing Company will destroy copies of important documents of the information provider, such as various identity verification documents, past account statements, etc. within 30 days after the contract is completed.

Bedding Option Required

We are providing a mattress, but pillows, sheets, or blankets are NOT provided.
Tenants will have to buy them by themselves (at furniture stores, the advantage is that you can choose the pattern or style).
Let us order them through the website for 8,000 yen excluding tax, including single-color blankets, pillows, and a simple bed pad.
*Delivered by parcel and the renter must receive by themselves. (Cannot specify the color and design)

2. I fully understand the condition of the property as it has been described and handed over to me.
3. I accept any risks associated with agreeing to rent the property without an in-person inspection.
4. I agree that, should any discrepancies arise regarding the property’s condition, I will not hold LandHousing Co., Ltd. liable, as I have chosen to forgo the opportunity for a physical viewing.
5. In the event that the lease agreement for the aforementioned property is terminated or canceled after the start date of contract has been decided, I hereby agree to bear full responsibility for any associated costs, including the key replacement fee (should the property management company have replaced the keys), the contract document preparation fee (if applicable), and any accrued daily rental charges from the lease start date.

★ Remarks tenants should note ★

⚠ Even if the room is listed as “Free Internet Included,” some properties may require tenants to apply directly with the internet provider (J:COM) either online or by phone in order to schedule an appointment for router installation and signal setup by their staff.

⚠ Only one set of keys will be provided to the tenant. In the event of lost keys, a replacement fee will be charged depending on the property’s regulations.

⚠ Remarks

1. Applicant cannot cancel the room after submitting the application. In case you would like to cancel, you will be charged as 30% of total rent as the document fee.
2. Applying for the room without a room touring may be possible but if there is any difference between the actual room, the actual room’s circumstance will be prioritized
3.The tenant acknowledges that there are initial fees associated with the rental. If the tenant wishes to know these fees before making a reservation, they should request the responsible staff to provide and explain the details of each cost. Please note that the initial fee estimate is for reference only, and the actual charges will be confirmed upon receiving the official invoice from the property management department.
4. I have read all necessary information, descriptions and photos of the property sufficient to make a decision and understand that the current condition of the room must be the main consideration.
